Do you ship?

We're committed to promoting locally grown flowers and therefore do not ship our flowers and plants. All plants or flowers sold through this site are available for pick-up at a designated location in the Philadelphia area, usually at our farm in the Roxborough neighborhood of Philly.

What's your policy on cancellations (returns), exchanges and refunds?

For workshops: Due to the intimate size of and demand for a seat in our workshops, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. 

For plants: Once you place your plant order, we get busy growing your specific plants just for you. We are not able to offer refunds once your plant order has been placed.

I bought a seat in one of your workshops. Now what?

Once you've purchased a seat in our workshop, you're pretty much all set. We will email you driving directions and any special instructions on the Monday or Tuesday prior to the workshop.  Check your spam folder if you do not see it as it sometimes lands there. 

Be sure to put the workshop on your calendar so you don't forget!

Can I visit your flower farm?

The farm is not open to the public.  While we'd love to have all our customers come out and visit the flower fields any time they like, it's just not feasible since we're really busy growing all those flowers and not set up to accommodate drop-in visitors. Our workshops are the best way to visit and experience the farm!
